Gives energy & tastes like fragrant flowers |

My mom had a bag of this bee pollen in her freezer for quite a while. One day, I recommended that we should take it out and try it. It still smells and tastes fresh. When I close my eyes and just concentrate on the taste of it on my tongue, it tastes like the way fragrant flowers smell. I had read that bee pollen helps people who have allergies and low-energy. Since I do not have any allergies, I cannot say how it helps for that, but I have struggled with some fatigue. So far, I take 1 teaspoon of bee pollen several times a day, and it helps. I am also exclusively breastfeeding my baby right now, and the bee pollen has not given her any problems. It gives me an energy boost, and unlike caffeine, bee pollen gives a steady energy rather than a burst of "nervous energy." I plan to continue taking bee pollen as a good whole-food source of vitamins, enzymes, and minerals. And you can't beat the free shipping! Thank you!
