15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 C green beans, steamed and cut into bite size pieces
1/3 C red onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 Tbsp Really Raw Honey
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 C apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
In a large bowl, mix 3 types of beans, onion, celery, parsley and rosemary. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the beans and toss to coat. Chill until serving.
