Apple Honey Chutney

5 Medium apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
2/3 C Really Raw Honey
2/3 C Apple cider vinegar
1 Large clove garlic, chopped
1/3 C orange juice
1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 Tsp cinnamon
 
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Immediately turn down heat and let simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for about 45 minutes until apples are soft and most of the liquid is dissolved.
Cool before storing.
