2 Tbsp Really Raw Honey
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tsp Rice wine vinegar
1 Tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1/2 C Peanut butter
1/4 C Water
1 Tsp Lime juice
Blend all ingredients together. Serve with cold noodles and vegetables or as a dressing or dip.
