These are the jars of Really Raw Honey that contain a larger amount of cappings. The cappings are bits of pollen, propolis, and honeycomb that rise to the top of the jar as the honey thickens. Sometimes referred to as “farmer’s chewing gum.” People like to chew it and discard the wax afterwards.
