This is THE BEST honey I have ever eaten. I prefer the high-cappings, but have enjoyed the regular honey almost as much. Both have a thick texture and the flavor is superb. Really Raw Honey is not too sweet; i.e., it doesn’t taste like honey-flavored sugar. I haven’t eaten sugar in more than 15 years as it interferes with my digestion and makes my teeth hurt. This honey is none of those nasty things. This is the BEST. Even my sister, who is a honey connoisseur of sorts — I mean she eats a lot of it from many makers, has Really Raw Honey at my house and said, “oh my gosh, this is SO good!”
